I train clients independently at Altitude Fitness in Whistler. You can also train with me in a more private setting at Peak Training + Rehab Studio or in your home for additional fees.

Over the last decade, I’ve helped clients of all shapes, sizes, ages, and walks of life get stronger, lose weight, build muscle, get rid of nagging pain, boost their mood, and improve their energy.

Whether you’re an athlete, accountant, executive, or entrepreneur, I’ll help you become the best version of yourself. You’ll learn to make fitness a regular part of your busy schedule so you can look and feel amazing. I’ll provide you with and effective training program that will enhance your life, not consume it. You won’t need to live in the gym or do any more extreme workouts that leave you feeling beat up and exhausted for days.

I pride myself on being honest and direct with clients. Although I wish I could promise you overnight results, the truth is that they take time.

A sensible approach of 2 to 3 consistent weekly training sessions for 3 to 6 months is the minimum recommendation for people seeking to get results and look, feel and perform their best.

I can guide you through the process, but you must be willing to put in the consistent hard work and effort to get results.

You’ll learn to train safely and effectively using proper form. You will also be held accountable to ensure that you keep making progress.

My #1 goal is to help you gain enough knowledge and confidence to FIRE me and continue making improvements long after we’ve worked together, yet provide you with an experience so GREAT that you’ll WANT to keep working together.

In either case, you'll gain valuable knowledge that will allow you to get and stay in shape for the rest of your life.

Session Rates

Personal Training Session - $98*

Training Subscription

Billed automatically to your credit card on the 1st of the month and based on 46 weeks of training per year with 3 weeks of time off for both you and your coach. This option saves you $10 per session and keeps you accountable so you can develop a regular gym habit and get great results.

1 Weekly Session - $376 / month*

2 Weekly Sessions $752 / month*

3 Weekly Sessions $1128 / month*

2-On-1 Partner Training Session - $168*

*Terms and conditions:

  • Prices include GST

  • Gym memberships & drop-in fees not included

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24-hours notice to prevent being forfeited

  • Sessions can only be rescheduled for a mutually available time in the same calendar week

  • 30-day written notice required for subscription cancellations

  • Private studio and home/outdoor training are also available for an additional fee - contact for details

$159 / Month

Accelerate your results with a personalized online training plan to keep you moving towards your goal so that you can work out on your own between personal training sessions.

Includes access to a workout tracking app with videos to guide you step-by-step through your warmups and exercises, including expert tips on form and execution, so you won't ever need to worry if you're doing exercises correctly.

As a high-value bonus, you'll get 24/7 1-on-1 messaging access to your coach training-related questions or send videos of your lifts for feedback to make sure you’re doing them safely and correctly.
